Each apartment is completely equipped.
The price includes: bed-linen, water, gas and electricity expenses, cooking utensils and
cutlery, cleaning equipment, toilet paper (on arrival only), weekly change of bed-linen,
and final cleaning on guest's departure.
For staying only 1 night the price is 50% higher.
For staying 2 or 3 nights the price is 25% higher.
Children till the age of 7 pay 50% of the price if they don't use a separate bed.
