J.E.M. Trade offers the possibility of booking accommodation and guarantees that the accommodation will be provided according to published information, description and period as in a confirmation of booking received, except in case of special circumstances.
SOJOURN TAX
According to the Croatian Law on Sojourn Tax, guests have to pay sojourn tax together with accommodation payment. Sojourn tax for the year 2002 is from 0,5 to 1,00 EUR per person daily for adults, young people aged 12 - 18 have a 50% discount on that amount, and children up to 12 years do not have to pay sojourn tax.
ACCOMMODATION PRICE
Accommodation price includes basic service, as described with the booked accommodation unit. Special services are those services that aren't included in accommodation price and guests are paying those services separately. These services must be requested when making a reservation or at the accommodation location.
Accommodation prices are listed in EUR.
J.E.M. Trade d.o.o. reserves the right to change the listed prices (in the case of price change by the provider of the accommodation unit or exchange rates fluctuation).
RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
J.E.M. Trade d.o.o. reserves the right to change a reservation if extraordinary circumstances.
Reservation can be changed and other accommodation substituted with the accommodation being of the same or higher quality at no change in price to the customer. | |
