STANCIJA NEGRICANI - HOUSEHOLD IN SOUTH ISTRIA
| Village household "Stancija Negricani" covering an area of 34 000 m 2is a true paradise for lovers of untouched nature, surrounded by pastures and woods, with a view of the Fazana-Brijuni islands (archipelago). It is a perfect combination of green and blue Istria owing to not only its geographical position, but also the art of preparing traditional dishes and drinks, coming directly from the carefully chosen food prepared by the hosts themselves. |  | |
 In this oasis of pleasure, peace and tranquility, which resembles a fairy tale, you have at your disposal spacious rooms, each with original antique furniture and stylishly decorated modern bathrooms. The estate abounds with wild-growing medicinal and aromatic herbs which the owners use for preparing tea and seasoning, and even the rooms are named after these plants, Brnistra (Spanish broom), Divlja ruza (Wild rose), Vinova loza (Grapevine), ...
In the wine cellar you can enjoy Istrian prosciutto and cheese, together with your host prepare sausages made according to the old family recipe on a fireplace, drink Istria "supa" and eat bread from the baker's oven. In the large kitchen you can learn how to prepare traditional Mediterranean and continental dishes using the ingredients from the garden or taste select wines of Istrian winemakers from their wine collection. |
Children, as well as adults can enjoy playing, go hiking, cycling and horseback riding on the nearby ranch owned by friends of the family.
Those who wish may go partridge or rabbit hunting, and sun lovers can bask in the sunshine and go swimming in the sea some 10 km from the "Stancija".
To keep you informed round the clock even during your vacation, there is a telephone and link to Internet in your room at disposal.
In case you have forgotten your laptop, you can rent it, and there is also satellite TV and VCR. |  |

Stancija Negricani is open all year round. All the facilities are intended primarily for its guests.
The total accommodation capacity is 22-26 beds. The capacity of shared premises: 2 dining rooms with a capacity of 30 persons, wine cellar with a capacity of 20 persons, roofed over terrace on the ground floor with a capacity of 30 persons and first floor gallery (terrace) with a capacity of 20 persons. |
